Discovery at the balance of the employee levels is paramount in understanding and giving life to the issues facing the organization. This step is often overlooked in determining solutions to group or organizational problems, however it is one of the most important steps if a TRUE understanding of the environment is to be achieved.
Bringing the findings from all levels of discovery inside the organization, puts clear definition of the real problems to solve, uncovering the threats and dangers to success, the opportunities to the organization and the critical plan for success.

We have built a strong foundation of common language, leadership principles in practice and a commitment to collaborate and build trust. We continue to watch trends, patterns in behaviour, listen to feedback, determine successes and failures, then we pull all this information together, bring different groups from within the organization together, and work to close the gap in communication, understanding and alignment. We do this in the Quinton Quarterly sessions, bringing a mix of people together with a specific focus to address.
